Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading FEL through startup in chemical/process industries.
• Experience delivering FEL 1-3 within a stage-gate process.
• Strong written communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FEL deliverable development and coaching for FEL 1-3.
• Plan and facilitate VIP workshops across FEL stages.
• Support FEL gate reviews and ensure compliance with checklists.
• Deliver FEL training and develop materials for project teams.
