Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking a hands-on Field Operations team member to perform general housekeeping in Receiving and Production areas, maintain inventory records, and support multiple departments. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, learn the WIM system, and operate a forklift when needed.

Flexibility for rotating shifts including weekends is required, and the work is on-site at the Emmet facility in Arkansas as part of a larger Foster Farms operation.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter who does not need close supervision.
• Must have good computer skills and ability to learn the Mill's WIM Operating System.
• Must be able to learn to operate a forklift.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to heights 40–170 ft.
• Must work flexible, rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform General housekeeping of Receiving and Production areas to meet OSHA standards.
• Keep accurate warehouse records and inventories.
• Receive bagged ingredients and track the warehouse inventory.
• Load bags to the 3rd Floor for the Mill Operators.
• Gather and distribute supplies for other departments and assist in other areas as needed.
