Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Finishing Utility to join our manufacturing team in Iowa. The role supports the Finishing Manager by driving KPI improvements, maintaining safety, quality checks, and efficient packing operations.
You’ll load cases, perform quality checks, and ensure accurate counts while following SOPs and company rules. We value strong attendance, the ability to work rotating shifts, and good communication with operators across shifts.

The Finishing Utility supports the Finishing Manager in providing support, direction, and training to achieve KPI improvements through driving operational performance. Key duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for compliance with all facility food safety, food defense, and quality policies and procedures including product safety (GMPs)/Sanitation policies and procedures. Employee must continually work to promote the orderliness and cleanliness of their work area in support of SQF/5S and other company standards.
