Job summary

AgState is seeking a motivated Feed Location Leader in Larrabee, IA to own operations, lead a dedicated team, and drive high performance in feed and grain. You will oversee production, mixing, loadout, and delivery while ensuring safety, policy adherence, and exceptional service to producers.

The role emphasizes developing the team, optimizing processes, and maintaining strong inventory and cost controls in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; four-year college or university.
• Five to six years related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Additional supervisory training, feed background and budgeting desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, mixing, loadout, and delivery logistics for the feed location.
• Coordinate day-to-day production scheduling and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to align staffing and equipment needs.
• Prepare weekly inventory reports for distribution to accounting and leadership.
• Implement and enforce safety, quality, and SOP standards across all staff.
• Manage location budget and monitor financial performance against plan.
