Gold-Eagle Cooperative invites driven individuals to join as a full-time Feed Mill Worker in Galt, IA. You will participate in loading and unloading trucks, operating computer-controlled systems, and maintaining equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

A $20 per hour starting wage is offered with a comprehensive benefits package after a 30-day probation period. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, a $500 clothing

The minimum requirements to be considered:

• A commitment to Gold-Eagle's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture
• Ability to understand and follow company safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in maintenance-related disciplines
• High school diploma or equivalent

WORK SCHEDULE:

Embrace the rhythm of our full-time schedule, operating Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role will initially be scheduled for day shifts and will transition to night shifts as production demand grows.
