Job summary

Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA) in Nephi, Utah seeks a Feed Mill Production Employee to join the South Region feed mill manufacturing team. You will help mix, blend and produce a variety of feed products for the agricultural industry.

The role emphasizes precision, following operating procedures, and teamwork in a warehouse setting; prior feed manufacturing or agricultural production experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to stay on task and work quickly and accurately.
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steer loaders and forklift is required.

I ntermountain Farmers Association (IFA) is a regional farm supply co-op with diverse operations including feed production, agronomy services, and retail stores throughout the intermountain west. We are currently accepting applications for a FEED MILL PRODUCTION EMPLOYEE at the South Region Feed Mill in Nephi, Utah.

SUMMARY:

We are looking to add an additional employee to our feed mill manufacturing team. We process and make a variety of feed products for the agricultural industry. We are seeking individuals that enjoy working with their brains and their hands in a warehouse manufacturing setting. Any feed manufacturing or agricultural production experience is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mixing and manufacturing mineral/vitamin premixes, finished mixes, flaking corn and barley. Ensuring the manufacturing processes are completed precisely by following strict operating procedures and established manufacturing practices. Also could assist with deliveries if qualifications allow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school education or GED, basic math skills, ability to stay on task and work quickly and accurately. Equipment operation ability, such as skid steer loaders and forklift, is a must.
