Job summary

Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA) is seeking a PRODUCTION OPERATOR for the North Region Feed Division at Lewiston, Utah. This role supports our feed manufacturing operations and team-driven warehouse environment.

As a Production Operator, you will follow SOPs, handle packaging and loading, and contribute to safety and quality while working with mills and bulk bags in varying temperatures. Competitive starting pay and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Good basic math and computer skills.
• Detail oriented and able to follow written and verbal directions.
• Capable of fast, accurate work with minimal supervision.
• Able to operate mill machinery, forklifts and loaders.
• Able to lift and carry 55 lbs repeatedly in dusty/noisy environment.
• Willing to work extended hours (overtime) when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed process instructions and SOPs to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Follow all safety policies for vehicles, equipment and operations.
• Manufacture, package and load feed products per daily schedules.
• Assist with detailed record keeping of plant operations.
• Work in conditions with stairs, heavy bags and temperature variations.
• Collaborate as part of a team and treat others with respect.
