Job summary

United Animal Health in Sheridan, IN seeks a Safety‑minded production worker to operate the feed mill and warehouse equipment, batch, package, inspect ingredients, and maintain a clean, organized area. You will follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while supporting inventory and shipping tasks.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work safely around machinery and ingredients.

Responsibilities

Operate feed mill and warehouse equipment per procedures and safety standards.
Complete micro batch hand adds for the mixer per production instructions.
Package and palletize 20-60 lb bags and load super sacks with proper labeling and product rotation.
Restock and rotate warehouse inventory including ingredients and pallets.
Receive, inspect, and rotate incoming ingredients and supplies.
Pick, stage, and load outbound products for customers and other facilities.
Maintain cleanliness of mill, warehouse, and work areas.
Report product quality concerns and repair or repackage broken bags as needed.
Monitor inventory counts and report discrepancies.
