Job summary

InsightFS in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled feed mill operator to join our manufacturing team. You will mix, process, load and transport feeds to customers and facilities, ensuring correct sequencing, quality control, and compliance with safety standards.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of related work experience, the ability to obtain forklift certification and a Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of related work experience.
• Must obtain forklift certification and CDL.
• Hazmat & Tanker endorsements preferred and Mixer Loader certification/license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate mill equipment to mix, process, load, and transport feeds to customers and facilities.
• Maintain and record inventory for feeds, ensuring accurate paperwork.
• Ensure product quality and protect against damage; monitor safety procedures at all times.
• Schedule major equipment repairs and coordinate with Branch Manager on asset needs.
• Deliver products to customers and maintain clean, safe working environments.
