Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical understanding.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Plant Manager for parts, supplies, and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on motors, bearings, conveyors, hydraulics, pumps, and gearboxes.
• Welding and fabrication duties.
• Maintain feed mill equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Rebuild rolls, reducers, gearboxes, and other mill components.
• Maintain hydraulic and electrical equipment.
• Uphold safety culture and report quality or feed safety issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
