Job summary

Synergy-Community-Cooperative in Rice Lake, WI is seeking a dependable Feed Mill Operator to support local farms. You’ll perform a variety of duties inside and outside the Rice Lake facility, including mixing, bagging and loading feed, loading products for customers, cleaning, and general safety and mill maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and tolerance for outdoor work with extended hours during peak season.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification and CDL if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform inside and outside duties in the Rice Lake facility, including mixing, bagging and loading feed.
• Load products for customers and assist with loading and unloading.
• Maintain cleaning, safety and mill maintenance standards.
• Support general mill operations and cooperate with team to meet daily goals.
