Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Farming background a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of equipment to process and manufacture feed products.
• Operate the bagger, sewing machine, forklift and all feed manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow warehouse and loading protocols.
• Ensure quality assurance is met regarding ingredient receiving, load-out, and bagging.
• Record and document all feed manufactured during shift.
• Mix and prepare livestock feeds accurately and efficiently.
• Assist management with production scheduling and inventory planning & control.
