Job summary

Perdue AgriBusiness is seeking a Feed Ingredient Coordinator to maintain ingredient inventory, coordinate inbound deliveries, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to keep the feed mill supply chain running smoothly.

In this role you will also support freight payment processing, supplier compliance, and essential mill documentation, contributing to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of customer service experience in the poultry industry or a similar industry.
• Understanding of standard software applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong math, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate ingredient inventory levels across feed mill locations, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies to ensure accuracy and availability.
• Schedule inbound ingredient deliveries to Perdue feed mills, balancing vendor availability, logistical constraints, and operational priorities.
• Serve as the key point of contact for suppliers, ensuring timely and efficient execution of delivery schedules.
• Review, validate, and approve freight-related invoices and payments in the Direct Stamp Approval System.
• Enter load data into the transportation dispatch system.
• Administer and manage Supplier Survey Forms for the Process Verified Program, ensuring supplier compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Manage, maintain, and update feed mill profile documentation, ensuring accurate representation of mill capabilities.
