Job summary

Provive Wellness of Brentwood in Brentwood, Tennessee, is seeking a Fee-for-Service Outpatient Clinician to deliver individual and group therapy to clients with Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder needs. The role emphasizes flexibility in scheduling and evidence-based practices, with collaboration during transitions from the previous provider to ensure continuity of care.

Clinicians will assess, develop treatment plans, document in EMR, and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
• CBT/DBT and Motivational Interviewing training encouraged.
• Active TN license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) ideal.
• Experience in creative arts (dance/movement/music) ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to outpatient clients using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, MI, ACT).
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and comply with regulations.
• Participate in transition/collaboration sessions with the previous provider.
• Attend staff meetings and case consultations.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in all interactions.
