Job summary

Provive Wellness in Greenwood, IN seeks a Fee-for-Service Outpatient Clinician to lead group therapy sessions focusing on MH and SUD. Weekend coverage is primary, with possibilities for evenings or additional shifts during the week. You will guide structured groups, ensure engagement, and maintain continuity with the clinical team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and Indiana licensure is preferred. Experience in MH/SUD and group facilitation is strongly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; Indiana licensure preferred.
• Active Indiana license preferred (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with MH and SUD populations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured group therapy sessions for MH and SUD clients.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT.
• Maintain group engagement, structure, and clinical integrity.
• Complete all documentation accurately and in a timely manner (EMR).
• Communicate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in case collaboration as needed.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and program standards.
