Fee-for-Service Mental Health Counselor/Social Worker

Fee-for-Service Mental Health Counselor/Social Worker with C.C.M.S.

Community Mental Health Agency (OMH licensed Article 31 Clinics) located at 535 Clinton Ave, Brooklyn is looking for psychotherapists to work with a highly diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, families, and children. The candidate should have several years of experience working with a wide-ranging population, including those with persistent mental illness, substance abuse, forensic involvement and/or homelessness. Some knowledge of community and government resources available to the underserved is beneficial.

Job responsibilities:

The position is fee-for-service, hours are flexible, Saturday availability a plus. Candidates must have a Master’s degree from an accredited college/university and must have an LCSW/LMHC or LMSW/MHC. Clinical supervision and clinical hours toward licensing are available.We are also looking for candidates that are eligible for a Mental Health permit and are seeking to gain clinical experience.
