Job summary

Artha Nexgen in the Bay Area (San Jose) seeks a senior SRE/DevOps engineer for a hybrid role in a 24/7 FedRAMP operations environment. Real-time monitoring across AWS and EKS, with hands-on incident response and overnight/weekend rotational shifts to ensure uptime.

You will own triage, root cause analysis in Kibana/Elasticsearch, CVE remediation and STIG hardening, and deployment execution via GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows. US citizenship and US-soil residency are required.

Qualifications

3+ years in SRE/DevOps, systems administration, or cloud support.
Solid Linux administration (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu) with Bash/Python scripting.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes/EKS, AWS core services, and L4/L7 load balancing.
Prometheus and Grafana experience; ChatOps via Slack helpful.

Responsibilities

Real-time monitoring and first-response triage across AWS (Commercial/GovCloud) and EKS.
Log-level root cause investigation in Kibana/Elasticsearch.
CVE remediation and STIG hardening within FedRAMP SLA windows.
Deployment execution and troubleshooting via GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Argo Workflows.
