Job summary

Orca Security seeks a hands-on DevOps Lead (FedRAMP) to own all FedRAMP activities, including infrastructure, authorization artifacts, and agency engagements. You will drive automation, implement secure foundations, and potentially grow a US-based team around your responsibilities.

In this role you will work across AWS GovCloud, AWS East/West, Azure Government, Azure Commercial, and GCP, focusing on automation and continuous compliance as a core design principle.

Qualifications

• Significant FedRAMP experience with authorization boundaries and 3PAO processes.
• Hands-on infrastructure code writing and production systems ownership.
• Deep AWS GovCloud knowledge and Kubernetes operations in production.
• Proficiency with Terraform/IaC at scale and Python scripting.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 controls and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the federal FedRAMP environment across cloud providers.
• Own production health, monitoring, and incident response for the FedRAMP stack.
• Lead annual assessments and 3PAO engagements through evidence to closure.
• Represent Orca to federal customers and coordinate with agency security teams.
