OTR Team CDL-A Truck Driver – 80 CPM (Team Split) – No Touch Freight

This is a TEAM driving position. ✔ Solo drivers welcome — we help match partners✔ Existing teams encouraged to apply✔ Stable Forward Air contractor freight with consistent miles

Pay: $0.80 per mile (team split) – each driver is paid for half the miles driven.Example: 1,000 team miles = 500 miles paid per driver at $0.80 per mile.

Job Responsibilities For A Forward Air CDL A Truck Driver:

• Drive OTR truckload routes as part of a CDL-A team
• Safely operate tractor‑trailers over long‑haul routes across the U.S.
• Deliver freight on time and in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and complete pre‑ and post‑trip inspections
• Communicate effectively with dispatch for smooth trip planning

Requirements For A Forward Air CDL A Truck Driver:

• Valid CDL‑A license12+ months of recent tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years (or 5 years in the last 10 years)
• Strong safety record with no major violations
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting 50 lbs occasionally
• Team‑player attitude and commitment to safety
