Job summary

Four Corners in Nashville is seeking a server to join our team, bringing energy and a commitment to guest experience. You will greet guests, suggest menu items, take orders, and coordinate with bar and kitchen teams in a fast-paced, casual environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of food service experience, strong communication, and a friendly, adaptable attitude. We offer a fun culture, employee discounts, and growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required.
• Required certification(s): Food Handler, Basset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to create memorable guest connections with our food and beverages
• Gain mastery of the restaurant's menu and be enthusiastic about our offering
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends
• Good judgment skills and adaptive attitude
