Job summary
Mythics is seeking a Federal Workforce Manager and Staffing Lead to guide strategic workforce planning for its Federal Consulting practice. You will forecast demand, build talent pipelines, and drive staffing strategies across Oracle, ERP, Cloud, and related domains.
You will partner with Federal leadership, program managers, and Talent Acquisition to ensure ready talent, mitigate attrition, and align staffing with proposals and program delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Program Management, or related field.
- 10+ years supporting Federal Government contractors, staffing and workforce planning.
- Proven talent pipeline development for technology professionals (Oracle, ERP, Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity).
- Experience managing full talent lifecycle: requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
- Ability to partner with executive leadership, program managers, and Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Forecast workforce needs across programs and growth initiatives.
- Develop talent pipelines and networks for cleared and clearable candidates.
- Support proposal and capture staffing strategies for strategic pursuits.
- Collaborate with leadership to align staffing with business objectives.
- Balance internal talent deployment with external hiring to meet demands.
- Monitor workforce metrics and optimize staffing speed and utilization.
