Job Description |
ECU Department of Campus Recreation and Wellness is currently seeking several Swim Instructors. Swim Instructors will deliver engaging swim lessons to participants of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and positive aquatic learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Teach structured swim lessons to various groups, including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to participant skill levels and learning objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback and positive reinforcement to enhance participants' swimming skills.
- Ensure participant safety throughout lessons and maintain open communication with participants and guardians.
- Document participants' progress and provide recommendations for continued skill development.
- Support the promotion and registration processes for swim programs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
