Jacksonville State University is seeking student tour guides to lead campus tours and support the Admissions Office. You will greet visitors, assist with events, and handle calls and emails while upholding university branding.
The role requires active JSU enrollment, a minimum GPA, and Federal Work Study eligibility. Flexibility with class schedules and occasional training sessions are expected.

Interested in being a student tour guide? The Gamecock Student Tour Guides administer daily tours to potential students and families, along with university employees and partners! As a front facing student leader, the Gamecock Guides are expected to uphold university branding standards, both on and off the clock, while being able to confidently illustrate one’s university knowledge. Gamecock Guides may be required to work event days such as Admitted Student Days, Preview Days and undergo mandatory team training. When not administering a tour, the Gamecock Guides will be assisting with daily administrative tasks such as answering calls, emails, and providing excellent customer service practices.
This position will be under the direction of the Assistant Director of Campus Visits.
