Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical or data entry tasks and file important documents accordingly.
  • Assist with field preparation on game days.
  • Assist with daily field maintenance duties.
  • Responsible for game uniform laundry.
  • Assist coaches with scouting report preparation.
  • Copy, sort, and compile documents for recruiting and camps.
  • Maintain all work areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Must be dependable and prompt.
  • Must adhere to confidentiality standards (FERPA).

Job Summary Assisting the Baseball Program with various duties that include field maintenance, laundry, video recording and uploading, office assignments. Regular outside work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • A student worker should have knowledge of computers and different software programs.
  • Student is required to retain Family Education Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work outdoors for long periods of time in hot and cold weather.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and operate small engine landscaping machines.
  • Must be able to operate a golf cart and lawnmower.
