Job Description
  • Greet all visitors to the SOM Undergraduate Student Services, directing or aiding guests as needed.
  • Performing data entry, scanning, quality check, filing, and copying of documents
  • Reply to and direct calls and emails, addressing inquiries and messages appropriately and accurately
  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as giving School of Music tours[KWS3.1][CG3.2][SK3.3], assembling and mailing packets
  • Assisting with other duties as as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Must have Federal Work Study award
  • Must be able to work up to 20 hours per week
  • Hiring is contingent upon eligibility to work in the US.

Preferred
