Significance Inc. is seeking an Accounting Clerk III to support a federal program on-site at COMNAVSURFPAC Travel Office, Naval Base San Diego, with an active Secret Clearance. Reconciliation, accounting, and travel-related financial tasks are at the core of this role.

Education includes an Associate degree in Finance or related fields; experience in travel management or data analysis is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and detail-oriented skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, MIS.
• Experience: Minimum three (3) years' experience in travel management or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all CBA invoices and obtain data to reconcile and prepare invoices for certification.
• Identify unmatched transactions and take corrective action.
• Ensure bills are reviewed, reconciled, and prepared for certification and payment.
• Monitor CBA delinquency reports.
• Notify travelers and NDEAs of delinquency and required actions.
