Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a qualified Strategy & Transformation Consultant to work on federal modernization initiatives. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop integrated modernization plans for geographically distributed workforces, and identify operational synergies across agencies with overlapping missions.

Active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and at least 3 years of DHS/Law Enforcement/IC experience are required.

Qualifications

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• THREE (3) years of experience supporting DHS, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Community customers

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of federal organizations and develop modernization plans for distributed workforces; identify synergies across agencies and improve information-sharing governance; communicate findings and progress to Federal C-suite clients.
