Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years without a degree.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Must possess a SECRET personnel security clearance.
• Experience in technical writing and editing.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain technical documents, user manuals, release notes, and related content.
• Ensure documentation aligns with the Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with product management and quality assurance teams to gather and verify information.
• Organize technical information into clear, usable documents for the intended audience.
• Review and update documentation to maintain accuracy and consistency as information changes.
