Job summary

Golden Key Group (GKG) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee federal recruiting operations from Springfield, Virginia. You will manage day-to-day recruiting, assessments, workforce planning, and team leadership, ensuring compliance with federal hiring procedures and performance requirements.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership with extensive federal HR experience, strong project and change-management capabilities, and a track record of developing and executing

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.
• Minimum of six years supporting federal HR programs.
• Experience supervising or leading HR or Talent Acquisition teams.
• Experience implementing skills-based assessments for technical positions.
• Knowledge of federal recruiting, hiring, and talent acquisition practices.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to lead multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned Talent Acquisition program operations and contractual requirements.
• Manage day-to-day recruiting, candidate assessment, and HR activities.
• Serve as operational and technical authority for daily program execution.
• Lead and supervise HR and Talent Acquisition team members.
• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and workforce strategies.
• Oversee recruiting processes, applicant-tracking systems, and operations to meet performance and timelines.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for technical, professional, and mission-critical roles.
• Provide expertise in skills-based assessments for technical positions.
• Ensure compliance with federal hiring procedures and candidate engagement strategies.
• Apply project-management and change-management principles to TA initiatives.
• Monitor recruiting performance and recommend improvements based on metrics and needs.
• Communicate with senior government officials, managers, and leadership; deliver briefings.
