United States Attorneys' Offices offers a student internship program focused on general office support and clerical duties within a federal environment. Training will be provided, and interns will gain exposure to routine office tasks while contributing to professional programs.

Selected interns must meet citizenship, enrollment, and background requirements, with potential for increased responsibilities as training progresses.

Formación

• General office experience indicating ability to perform duties of a student trainee (clerical).
• Combining education and experience to meet qualification requirements as needed.
• Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment in an accredited school and meet half-time enrollment requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Answering the telephone and referring callers to staff or taking messages.
• Operating a copy machine and collating materials.
• Sorting and arranging material for filing in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order.
• Locating and retrieving materials and making messenger trips as necessary.
