Job summary

FYI - For Your Information, Inc. is seeking a federal staffing SME to partner with hiring managers on implementing new OPM merit hiring processes across agencies. The role focuses on job analysis, designing assessments, and translating policy into practical procedures.

Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience with SOP development, project management, and effective consultation of executives. A background in IO psychology and federal staffing is strongly preferred.

Summary:

FYI is seeking a federal staffing SME to work with hiring managers on implementing new OPM merit hiring processes.

Requirements:

• Recent experience conducting job analysis and developing assessments from scratch.
• Recent experience developing processes or procedures to implement new OPM Merit Hiring policies in an agency or recently performed Staffing Specialist duties in an agency that has recently implemented new OPM Merit hiring practices.
