Job summary

Merlin Group in McLean, VA is seeking a Solutions Product Manager to guide validated solutions from business case through release and lifecycle. You will translate seller, partner, and customer input into a clear product plan, write requirements for architecture, and coordinate engineers, sales, and support.

You will lead go-to-market, channel strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with product marketing and alliances.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience creating business cases and roadmaps.
• Ability to defend a business case to leadership.
• Familiarity with federal government procurement standards.
• Strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Define the solution before design begins: scope, target customer, mission use cases, success criteria, and exclusions.
• Coordinate Labs engineering resources and run each solution as a project.
• Track milestones, risks, and issues; report status to sales and leadership.
• Own the release and land the handoff to sales, delivery, and support.
• Manage lifecycle and determine when to refresh or retire solutions.
• Develop channel strategy and labs-as-a-service offering.
• Collaborate with sales, partners, and engineering on Go-to-Market and collateral.
