Job summary

Dunhill Government Solutions seeks a Site Service Delivery Operations Lead to manage on-site IT and HPC operations for a federal client in the Dayton, OH area. You will lead a 20–38 person team delivering 24/7 services, ensuring performance, cost control, and delivery compliance.

This role requires active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and proven leadership in complex IT service delivery. On-site relocation to Dayton is expected; no telework.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT operations or related technical ops experience.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery leadership, including federal client environments.
• Experience managing end-to-end IT service delivery with staffing, costs and escalations.
• Understanding of HPC environments and interdependencies across IT layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations for a 20–38 person team delivering 24/7 IT and HPC services.
• Serve as primary client liaison for status, performance, risk and actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across sysadmin, cybersecurity, user support, facilities, and apps.
• Own service quality, delivery cost, utilization and compliance with security and contracts.
• Establish and measure operational processes, delivery procedures and controls.
