Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Scrum Master in Quantico, VA to guide Agile practices for federal IT services supporting FBI-related programs. You will decompose complex requirements, facilitate ceremonies, and drive continual improvement across multiple teams and networks.

The role requires strong communication with government stakeholders, backlog stewardship, and collaboration with DevOps and QA to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience analyzing and documenting complex systems and applications.
• Experience maintaining a backlog for an Agile/Scrum team.
• Experience collaborating with customer representatives, program management, and quality managers to define and document requirements in small increments.
• Experience decomposing features into user stories and writing acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with stakeholders including federal government unit representatives to understand end-user needs.
• Develop presentation materials for executive briefings on program status and impact.
• Audit Azure DevOps and Jira and ensure proper linkages and entries; resolve issues with the team.
• Decompose functional requirements into Kanban cards or scrum units (Epics, Features, User Stories).
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and improve Agile practices across iterative releases.
• Coordinate monthly/sprint reporting and communication.
• Train end users on new solutions.
