Qualifications

4+ years SAP HCM functional experience.
Understanding of HR processes and SAP HCM data structures.
Experience developing functional specifications for SAP custom developments.
Experience designing and executing functional test cases for SAP solutions.
Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation.
Understanding of SAP custom development object types (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, workflows).

Responsibilities

Functional Design: Review business requirements, translate into detailed functional design specifications, identify dependencies, facilitate design walkthroughs, provide clarifications to developers, maintain traceability between requirements and objects.
Functional Testing: Develop test scenarios, execute tests, validate calculations and data flows, document results, identify defects, support regression testing, and assist readiness activities.
