Job summary

Imagineeer is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect SME to provide technical leadership across federal IT programs. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to align business, operational, and IT objectives within federal environments.

You will partner with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure compliance with federal standards and modernization strategies, while mentoring other engineers and administrators.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce administration, development, or architecture.
• Enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations in the federal sector.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, and federal IT policies and compliance.
• Experience with Agile and DevSecOps delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Government Cloud, and related modules.
• Translate mission requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with federal IT strategy and security.
• Evaluate Salesforce features, AppExchange products, and integrations for platform expansion.
• Create solution diagrams, configuration specifications, and implementation roadmaps for Salesforce initiatives.
