Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience including 4+ years of consulting and 5+ years of project management leadership.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants to deliver compliant solutions for Federal clients.
• Design and implement solutions meeting client needs, timelines, and budget.
• Apply Oracle methodologies, standards, and best practices across engagements.
• Partner with client leadership to identify process improvements and operational goals.
• Monitor metrics and manage business performance within your area.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
