A summer internship on the Fifth District’s Community Development team might be a good fit for you. You will support the bank’s Community Development and Regional Economic initiatives and programs that focus on building financial capital and workforce pathways for communities in the Fifth District. You will support data analysis, program and event planning and execution, and external sensing and engagement. Through these and other projects, you will learn from community development professionals and interact with external audiences.
The Summer Internship Program provides outstanding students with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience at a unique institution. Through advanced project work assignments and professional development activities, interns are provided with an extensive understanding of the work of the Federal Reserve.The Community Development intern will have the opportunity to enhance business skills through conducting data analysis and supporting the planning of workshops, conferences, and events along with mentorship and exclusive networking opportunities.
