Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Federal Reseller Program Manager to enable and manage Keysight sales with U.S. Federal Government customers and prime contractors through reseller partners. You will coordinate with internal teams to respond to opportunities with compliant, timely bids.

Responsibilities include building a reseller network, managing URs, and aligning pricing and engagement with government acquisition rules while driving program growth across Federal channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years in the test & measurement industry and/or U.S. Federal Government market.
• 8+ years in sales, business development, or partner management with a track record.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain a high‑performing network of authorized Federal Resellers.
• Identify, vet, and manage Unauthorized Resellers (URs) for compliant procurements.
• Coordinate with Federal direct sales, CCC, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant quotes.
• Support deal strategy, pricing, and pipeline accuracy for reseller opportunities.
• Manage UR RFQs and ensure adherence to pricing strategy and policies.
