Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Federal Reseller Program Manager to enable and facilitate sales into U.S. Federal Government customers through reseller partners. You will ensure compliant and timely responses to opportunities while building strong partner relationships.

The role requires deep knowledge of Federal procurement vehicles, pricing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Credit. Expect leadership in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in the test & measurement industry and/or U.S. Federal Government market.
• At least 8 years in sales, business development, channel/partner management or related customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-performing network of authorized Federal Resellers.
• Identify and manage unauthorized resellers to enable compliant procurements.
• Coordinate with Federal direct sales teams on quotes and strategy.
• Prepare quotes for complex government requirements as needed.
• Monitor reseller performance and ensure compliance with program policies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reseller processes and policies.
