• Support the development of real estate and occupancy agreements in compliance with regulations.
• Formulate build-out and tenant responsibility agreements for FPS relocations.
• Provide strategic recommendations for portfolio optimization to aid decision making.

Kenntnisse

Ability to analyze and support the development of real estate and occupancy agreements

Strong oral and written communication abilities

Working knowledge of Tririga

Working knowledge of ServiceNow

Ausbildung

Minimum 7 years of experience working for/with federal Government

Active CCIM or FAC-C certification for Leasing Contracting Officers
