Gilbane Building is seeking a Quality Control Director to lead the quality assurance strategy across all field operations for Gilbane Building. The Director develops strategies that integrate quality with safety, productivity, and profitability.

You will build high performing teams, oversee QC staffing and training, and coordinate with government entities on QA/QC practices while traveling to projects up to 50%.

• Experience leading quality control in construction projects.
• Ability to develop QA strategy across field operations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Quality Control program for Federal projects.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and Federal standards.
• Lead QC staffing, audits, and training of Quality Control Managers.
• Interface with Business Unit and Operations Management on QC needs.
• Travel to construction sites up to 50%.
