Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality on complex federal healthcare and mission-critical construction projects. This role offers real authority over project quality and ownership beyond checklists.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QC on federal projects, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam, and the ability to coordinate inspections, NCRs, submittals, and commissioning across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing QC on federal construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience with the Three Phases of Quality Control.
• Healthcare, hospital, or mission-critical construction experience.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, means, methods and systems.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as project needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Project Quality Control Plan.
• Lead the Three Phases of Quality Control: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.
• Coordinate inspections, testing agencies, and owner inspections.
• Manage NCRs, punch lists, submittals, RFIs, mockups, and commissioning documentation.
• Ensure construction complies with contract documents, plans, specs, and federal requirements.
• Work directly with owners, designers, subcontractors, and project leadership.
• Mentor field teams and drive a culture of quality and accountability.
