Terrestris, LLC is seeking recent 2025 college graduates to join our Business Development internship in Springfield, VA. You'll contribute to proposal development, technical writing, data analysis, price analysis, and competitive intelligence, using GOVWIN and SAM.gov.

The role leads toward full-time employment starting in May, with growth into a BD professional. The position offers on-site work at our Springfield, VA office, structured career development, and yearly promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in political science or English literature with strong writing emphasis.
• Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to articulate concepts succinctly.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Apps; ability to work with executives, peers, and partners.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Experience creating and delivering presentations for senior level staff.

Responsibilities

• Support writing of proposals and associated artifacts.
• Collaborate with internal and external writers to produce proposal content.
• Manage data calls to partners to obtain proposal content in line with strategy.
• Perform technical editing and compliance checks.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to federal government agencies.
• Stay up-to-date with government contracting changes.
• Assist in developing strategies, policies, and win themes.
• Assist in developing graphics and charts to improve proposals.
