Job summary

Creek Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Government Proposal Pricing Lead to drive pricing strategy for U.S. Government solicitations.

You will oversee cost proposal development, Price-to-Win initiatives, and pricing process improvements while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and company policies. In collaboration with Capture, Business Development, Proposal Management, Contracts, and Finance, you will develop compliant, competitive pricing strategies across DoD and Federal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing pricing for U.S. Federal Government proposals.
• Experience supporting competitive RFPs, RFQs, IDIQs, BPAs, GWACs, and Task Orders.
• Strong knowledge of FAR Part 15, DFARS, CAS, and government cost proposal development.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, dashboards, and pricing workbooks.
• Experience using pricing systems such as Deltek Costpoint, GovWin, ProPricer.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy and cost proposal development for competitive federal solicitations.
• Analyze solicitations, pricing instructions, amendments, and evaluation criteria for compliant submissions.
• Develop and review pricing models for direct labor, indirect rates, travel, subcontracts, ODCs, escalation, fee, and profit.
• Prepare cost volumes, Basis of Estimate (BOEs), pricing narratives, and assumptions.
• Lead Price-to-Win activities and pricing recommendations through capture and proposal lifecycle.
• Coordinate pricing activities across Capture, Proposal Management, Contracts, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and Subcontract Management.
• Support executive pricing reviews, color team reviews, negotiations, audits, and customer discussions.
• Develop and maintain pricing templates, estimating tools, and historical data quality controls.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, solicitation requirements and internal policies.
