Job summary

AlleraIT Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee contract execution, deliverable quality, and staffing coordination for our government acquisition support task order, working closely with the Program Manager/Senior Advisor and the Government COR.

The role requires strong organizational, scheduling, and reporting skills, plus experience managing Federal professional services contracts. On-site location in Bethesda/Rockville, MD with NACI clearance required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing Federal professional services contracts or task orders.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and reporting skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Track and report program status, staffing levels, and deliverable timeliness against the contract's Deliverables Matrix
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing changes, and cross-training to ensure continuity of operations
• Support preparation of Biweekly Status Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, and the Acquisition Metrics Dashboard
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for administrative and contract management matters
• Support quality assurance review of team deliverables prior to Government submission
