Job summary

vTech Solution in Washington, DC seeks a Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between FRA and contractors, guiding contract activities, planning, staffing, quality and risk management to ensure success.

You will oversee project schedules, monthly/quarterly reporting to stakeholders, and transition activities while briefing senior leadership. Requires PMP or equivalent and at least five years of federal consulting experience.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects of similar size and complexity.
• Federal consulting experience required.
• Experience with data management programs.
• Proven ability to support senior government executives.
• Experience resolving stakeholder conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract execution and oversee all related activities.
• Oversee staffing and resource planning to meet project needs.
• Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate transition activities effectively.
• Conduct executive briefings for senior leadership.
