CDM Smith is seeking a Cost & Schedule Controller to develop, update, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems, ensuring alignment with contract and corporate requirements. You will prepare cost and schedule estimates, analyze trends, and provide accruals, earned value, and variance reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of government budgeting, FAR, and CAS requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
  • Prepare cost and schedule estimates, analyze trends, and provide accruals, earned value, and variance reports.
  • Establish and monitor baselines for cost and schedule; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and progress reporting.
  • Conduct detailed cost and schedule risk analyses and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field teams to track progress and manage change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, and reporting requirements.
