Arc Aspicio is seeking a Consulting Associate for Federal Clients to join a fast-paced consulting team in a hybrid environment. The role requires experienced professionals with at least 6 years of total work experience, including 4 years in consulting, and a willingness to work at client sites, in the DC office, and remotely.

The position emphasizes grants management, strategic analysis, and delivering mission-critical solutions for homeland security and emergency management clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional work experience, including 4+ years in consulting
• Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work remotely and in-person with clients and teams
• Clearance: U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust
• Interest in homeland security and emergency management is a plus

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tasks and workstreams contributing to project goals
• Manage Federal grant programs for awardees and client staff
• Analyze business problems using interviews, data, and context to identify improvements
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver innovative, practical solutions
• Create high-quality deliverables including documents, presentations, and data dashboards
• Lead and support projects with strong consulting acumen and client service focus
• Contribute to and grow company capabilities and new business opportunities
