Stratagen is seeking a Senior Program Specialist to support a federal program within the FBI's CJIS Division in Clarksburg, WV. This on-site role involves coordinating project activities, schedules, and performance objectives under the guidance of the Program Manager.

The ideal candidate has strong project coordination and leadership skills, with experience across business, technical, and leadership teams. DoD Top Secret clearance is required. PMP certification is highly desirable.

• Support continuous improvement and process efficiency.
